Shipping Policy – Stay Wild Studio
1. Order Preparation
All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days from payment confirmation. Each order is carefully packed by a single person, so we appreciate your patience: we’re not a big company, but we put a lot of care into every package!
2. Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders typically take 2 to 15 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and destination country.
3. Geographic Coverage
We ship from Spain to international destinations. If you believe a shipping cost seems higher than expected, please let us know at hello@staywild.store ! We are continuously updating our coverage to offer the best possible prices.
4. Tracking
At Stay Wild, you can choose between two shipping options: with tracking or without tracking.
- With tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been processed. This allows you to know exactly when to expect your Stay Wild package!
- Without tracking: This option is only available for small orders containing stickers, buttons, or cards. Please note that if you select this option, we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.
5. Lost or Delayed Orders
