Shipping
- Do you ship worldwide? From where?
We ship worldwide from Spain. Please note that some shipping rates may not be properly configured yet. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us at hello@staywild.store before placing your order.
- What are the estimated delivery times?
Order preparation can take 1 to 4 business days. Once shipped, orders usually take 2 to 10 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and the destination country.
- Do you provide a tracking number?
Yes, all orders include a tracking number.
- What happens if my package gets lost?
We recommend contacting the shipping company first to try to locate your package. If this is not possible, please reach out to us at hello@staywild.store with your name, order number, tracking number, and a description of the issue, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Returns & Exchanges
- Do you accept returns? What’s the timeframe?
We only accept returns for damaged or faulty items, within 7 days of delivery.
- Who covers the return shipping costs?
In these cases, we cover the return costs, since returns are only accepted when the error is on our side.
Products
- Are designs restocked, or are they limited editions?
Some designs are restocked, while others are discontinued if there isn’t enough demand. So if you like something, grab it while it’s available!
- Do the product photos represent the actual items?
Yes, photos are as accurate as possible and are always complemented by a detailed description.
Conventions & Events
- Do you accept reservations for conventions?
No! We only accept reservations if we specifically announce it on our social media, along with an exclusive discount code that will be shared at that time
- Do you announce in advance which conventions you’ll attend?
Yes, we always share it on our social media or in the Events & News section of our website so you can easily find us.
