Return Policy – Stay Wild Studio

1. Return Conditions

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products during shipping or manufacturing. Products ordered by mistake or no longer wanted cannot be returned. Please note that for orders shipped without tracking, refunds will not be issued in case of loss or non-delivery.

2. Notification Period
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order so we can handle the return as quickly as possible.

3. Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please email hello@staywild.store with:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the damaged product
  • Description of the issue

Return shipping costs will be covered by Stay Wild Studio, so you don’t need to worry about it.

4. Exclusions
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, customer errors, or products in good condition.

We are committed to replacing or resolving any issues with products that meet the conditions outlined above.
