Shipping + Handling
Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the shipping confirmation email or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 30 days after the date of the Order Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage. Your order will be delivered by Swiss Post (or third-party for International orders) to the shipping address you have indicated. Products comprised within the same order cannot be delivered to different addresses. All orders are fully traceable with a tracking number that will provide updated information about your shipment.
Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed. We ship items once per week. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or on public holidays.
The packaging is recyclable. At the moment we offer one shipping method with Swiss Post. Your order will be delivered to a pickup point or the delivery address you specify when placing your order. If you opt for this collection service, your entire order will be delivered to your chosen collection point and will be available for collection by you from the date specified in the Order Confirmation. When collecting your order, you should take with you some form of identification (such as a credit card or driving licence).
If your delivery address is geographically remote, for example certain outlying islands or other isolated locations, it is possible that we may not be able to deliver there. If that is the case, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
Orders cannot be delivered to PO Box or similar addresses. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Product(s) are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
First-time order policy
IMPORTANT: Phone number of the recipient must be provided in check-out for the delivery company to inform the customer of delivery updates. Remember to add country code for International orders.
The cost of each shipment will be calculated automatically and detailed at the time of confirming the purchase so that it is always approved by the customer before confirming the payment.
